The item I want is sold out. Will you be getting the item back in stock?
Due to how fast our merchandise sells, we cannot always guarantee the item will be back in stock. Sometimes our factories run out of the fabric and we are unable to re-order. The best way to know if the item you want comes back in stock is to use the “Get Notified When We Restock” option on the item page. You will get an email if and when the item is restocked.
What if my order is lost or stolen?
TDC By N. Marie is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. To help you with these issues, TDC By N. Marie offers Route Insurance which covers your order 100% if it gets lost, stolen, or damaged. You can choose to add it to your order at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed.
How long will it take to receive my order?
It depends on USPS, weather or holidays. Please note once item has shipped and you receive your tracking, TDC By N. Marie is no longer responsible for your item at this point. Any shipping issues must be directed to the shipping carrier. USPS normal time frame from receipt of package is 2-5 days. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.
