When will my order ship?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.  You will receive a confirmation email with updated tracking information once completed. Please make sure you check your spam folder, if you have NOT received correspondence please reach out to us at

How long will it take to receive my order?

It depends on USPS, weather or holidays. Please note once item has shipped and you receive your tracking, TDC By N. Marie is no longer responsible for your item at this point. Any shipping issues must be directed to the shipping carrier. USPS normal time frame from receipt of package is 2-5 days. USPS does not deliver on Sundays or holidays.

In-Store Pick Up Procedure

All merchandise must be picked within 5 days of your pick up confirmation or you will be issued a store credit only AFTER $15 or 25% (which ever is greater) re-stock fee has been deducted from the cost. Please text 716.217.5608 to schedule your pick up.

If you have not picked up your merchandise and it has to be restocked, you will not be allowed to choose the pick up option again.

My Package Says Delivered But I Didn't Get It, What Do I Do?
